Structured One-to-One Development

Golf Coaching Session Packages

A single lesson can clarify a question. A package creates the time to revisit the answer, observe what changes between sessions and develop the work through practice, speed, variability and the golf course.

Development Across Time

Use repetition to build—not to repeat the same lesson

A useful coaching block is progressive. Each meeting should respond to what the previous work revealed, while preserving the central direction long enough for genuine learning to occur.

Continuity

The same problem does not need to be rediscovered at every visit. Progress, difficulties and compensations can be interpreted within one coherent plan.

Iteration

A refinement can be coached, practised, observed and adjusted. The next session is informed by what actually happened—not by an assumed response.

Transfer

The work can move beyond an initial studio response and be tested through speed, changing tasks, consequence and the conditions of play.

Building, not chasing relief. A package does not guarantee a predetermined outcome within a fixed number of lessons. It creates a defined period in which the golfer and coach can investigate, build, retest and make better decisions from evidence.

Before You Choose

Match the coaching route to the question

The package with the most hours is not automatically the correct starting point. Begin with the route that matches how clearly the problem is understood and how broadly the work needs to develop.

One individual session

Best when you are new to Chris, the cause is uncertain or you need an accurate starting point before committing to a longer block.

A session package

Best when the direction is known and you want a prepaid block for regular review, refinement and transfer across a defined phase of development.

A long-term programme

Best when several parts of performance require periodised planning, broader assessment, on-course integration or a longer competitive cycle.

New to Chris? A 90-minute initial session is normally the most useful first step. It allows enough time to understand your history, identify the real priority and determine whether a package is appropriate.

Five Verified Package Options

Choose the rhythm and depth of the work

The distinction is not only the total number of hours. Shorter meetings suit tightly defined priorities and frequent check-ins; 60-minute meetings create more room within each session for assessment, coaching and retesting.

Compact Focus

The Precision Starter

5 × 30-minute sessions

A concise block for one clearly defined priority. The shorter format works best when the golfer and coach already understand the area being developed.

£200

Best suited to: established clients, focused reviews and a narrow technical, putting or performance task.

Frequent Progression

The Development Builder

10 × 45-minute sessions

Ten focused appointments create a regular feedback rhythm across a longer development period without expanding every meeting into a wider assessment.

£600

Best suited to: one or two connected priorities that benefit from frequent coaching, practice and review.

Five Deeper Sessions

The Core Realignment

5 × 1-hour sessions

A five-session phase with more time inside each appointment to observe the pattern, develop the chosen refinement and verify the response.

£400

Best suited to: a defined area requiring deeper work in each session but fewer total appointments.

Extended Development

The Complete Reset

10 × 1-hour sessions

A substantial block for connected movement, skill and performance patterns. The name does not mean discarding what already works; functional patterns remain protected.

£800

Best suited to: broader development that needs time for progression, challenge, consolidation and retesting.

Most Extensive Session Block

The Mastery Block

15 × 1-hour sessions

The largest package on this page provides the greatest scope for a substantial development phase. Priorities remain sequenced so the volume of time does not become a volume of competing changes.

£1,125

Best suited to: serious golfers with a clear direction who need repeated coaching, verification and transfer across an extended block.

Packages are paid for in full and must be used within six months unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing. Individual appointments remain subject to availability and the published booking and cancellation terms. The checkout displays the current price before payment.

The Chris Brook Clarity Method

One coaching process across three integrated pillars

A package is not a prewritten sequence applied to every golfer. The Clarity Method identifies what the individual needs, protects what is functional and determines how the block should progress.

Biomechanics

Movement, force and club delivery are examined to distinguish individual solutions from patterns that limit strike, face control, speed or predictability.

Performance Psychology

Attention, perception, expectation and emotional response are considered where they influence learning, decision-making or access to skill.

Performance Identity

The meaning attached to mistakes, score and comparison is explored where it affects behaviour, trust or the golfer’s response under consequence.

A Progressive Coaching Block

Each session should answer the next question

The exact cadence is individual, but a useful block normally moves through four repeating stages rather than treating every appointment as an isolated lesson.

Clarify

Identify the present priority, the evidence behind it and what should remain protected.

Build

Develop the refinement through explanation, feels, drills and constraints matched to the golfer.

Retest

Use ball flight, strike, movement or a relevant task to establish what has genuinely changed.

Transfer

Expose the work to speed, variability, pressure and play, then let the evidence shape the next session.

Why Work With Chris Brook?

Three decades of investigation, translated into practical clarity

Portrait of golf performance coach and author Chris Brook

For more than 30 years, Chris Brook has investigated why golfers can possess knowledge and skill yet lose access to both when pressure, speed, uncertainty or personal consequence rises.

That work connects biomechanics, performance psychology and performance identity through the Chris Brook Clarity Method. Technology and analysis are used to see the problem more accurately; the golfer should leave with fewer priorities, not more noise.

Chris is the author of Quiet the Mind, Lower the Score and Why Can’t I Just Do It?, and works with serious golfers in the Dorset studio, online and through international coaching arrangements.

Common Questions

Before you purchase a session package

Should a new client begin with a coaching package?

If the problem has not yet been assessed, a 90-minute initial session is normally the better starting point. It creates enough time to understand the history, identify the priority and decide whether a package is the appropriate next step.

How long do I have to use a coaching package?

Multi-session packages must be used within six months unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing. Sessions remain subject to availability and the published booking and cancellation terms.

What is the difference between the 45-minute and 60-minute packages?

The 45-minute package provides more frequent appointments across ten sessions and suits contained or closely connected priorities. A 60-minute session allows more time within each meeting for assessment, coaching and retesting.

Is coaching technology included in package sessions?

Relevant technology is used when it helps answer the coaching question. The purpose is to improve diagnosis and verify change, not to collect unnecessary data.

Can a package cover more than one part of my game?

Yes, where the chosen package provides enough time, but the work remains prioritised. Full swing, short game, putting and performance psychology can be connected without attempting to change everything at once.

What if I need a more comprehensive development structure?

For periodised work across a longer competitive or developmental cycle, review the separate long-term coaching programmes or contact Chris to discuss a bespoke route.
