All appointments scheduled online must be paid for in advance. Vouchers and packages have a valid until date - the time frame is 6 months from date of purchase. All sessions, packages and vouchers are non-transferable and for the sole use of the person specified at the time of booking. Coaching, packages and vouchers are non-refundable
Failure to show up for an appointment will result in money paid being non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations within 36 hours will result in money paid being non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you do need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment 48 hours notice is required.
